Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In any case, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on:


a) Personalized products do not admit returns or exchanges.
b) Products that after delivery have been manipulated exceeding what is considered a logical use to check their normal use and are not suitable for resale.


c) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

d) The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur can not control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

e) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

f) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly (food, flowers, fruit baskets, etc.).

g) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery (underwear).

h) The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

i) The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of concluding the sales contract and which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot control.

j) Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the trader to visit him for urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during such a visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal should apply to such additional services or goods.

k) The supply of sealed sound recordings or videos or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

l) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

How to return my order?


If you wish to return your order, please follow these steps:

  • Send us an email to kingsleague@futbolemotion.com with the order number and indicating that you want to return the product.
  • Prepare your product in its original packaging
  • Send it to the following address

IMPORTANT:

  • The customer is responsible for the return costs.
  • The deadline is 14 calendar days from the reception of the order.
  • If what you want is a change of product or a change of size, you must make the return and make a new purchase with the new product.
  • The returned product must be suitable for resale. Otherwise, you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal and our customer service team will contact you to return the order at no additional cost. This does not include any possible customs charges that may be incurred in the return process.

 

GUARANTEES


The guarantee of the products offered by Fútbol Emotion through its website kingsleague.store.pro is as follows

a) The Product will be delivered in perfect conditions and in the quantity ordered.

b) The Product will conform to the characteristics most recently indicated by the manufacturer, as established on the website or in the description of the Product's materials at the time of the order.

Porteromania S.L. makes every effort to deliver the Products in optimum condition. However, in case you receive a Product that you consider defective, you must keep it in its current condition in order for us (or our agent) to check it within a reasonable period of time. In case of a defective product, the seller shall proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, which shall be free of charge for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. This clause will be applied taking into account the nature of the marketed good.

To activate the guarantee it is necessary to present:

  •  Invoice of purchase from Porteromania S.L..
  •  In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond with the files owned by Porteromania S.L..
  •  The warranty will start on the same day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.


If, in accordance with the Contract, you wish us to repair or replace the Product or refund the amount paid, you must ensure that the Product:

a) Has not been misused or negligently used, has not been mishandled or mishandled in an improper or reckless manner and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions. In this respect, manufacturing defects shall not be deemed to be manufacturing defects but misuse and/or wear and tear caused by normal use:

A.1 ) Any customized product washed with corrosive chemicals.
A.2) Any customized product washed without following the manufacturer's instructions. Example: Washing at more than 30ºC.
A.3) Any damage produced as a consequence of a wrong choice of size.

In the event that the Product does not meet any of the above requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the Product or refund the amount paid and/or we may ask you to reimburse the full costs of transport and servicing incurred at the current standard rates. In order to carry out such reimbursement, we may charge the above costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment details provided when placing the Order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses that may result from the process.
